Article 80 of the Act of 21 March 1991 on the reform of certain economic public companies prescribed that the Consultative Committee on Telecommunications publishes an annual report about its own activities and about the developments in the telecommunications sector. These subjects are handled in the annual reports from 1996 to 2006.
Article 4 of the Act of 17 January 2003 lays down that the Committee publishes an annual report about its activities, including recommendations regarding the activities of the Institute. Therefore, as from the 2007 annual report, apart from focusing on the proper activities, the text will no longer include statistical data on the developments in the telecommunications sector, but recommendations to the Institute regarding its activities in the electronic communications sector.
